How do I order a replacement part?

How to order a part that is broken will depend on whether your product is in warranty or not.

If you believe your product is in warranty, contact us at 1-800-422-1230. We will be able to verify your warranty, order the part, and if needed, arrange for a certified technician to visit you. 

If your product is out of warranty, you may order it in our Purchase Genuine Parts site. If the part needs to be installed, we recommend you Schedule Service Online or Contact Us to schedule a visit from an authorized technician.
