Forgot Password or Email Address for the Mobile App

What Can I Do If I Forgot My Password for the KitchenAid Mobile App?

If you have forgotten the password or email address linked to your KitchenAid mobile app account, please follow the steps below. 

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten the password used when setting up your KitchenAid mobile app account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Forgot?" located on the right side of the password box.
  2. Enter your email address into the pop up window.  
  3. Open the confirmation email, from noreply@whrcloud.com,  and follow the enclosed instructions on how to reset your password. NOTE: Please check your spam folder if you are having trying trouble locating the email.  

Reminder: Your password is case sensitive.

If you have forgotten the email address used when registering your KitchenAid connected appliance give us a call at 1-877-559-2603.
