What to do if KitchenAid Appliance is Showing an "Offline" Message

Appliance is Offline Message 

If "appliance is offline" appears in the mobile app, follow the below troubleshooting to resolve: 

  1. Refresh the mobile app. CLICK HERE for information
  2. Completely close (force quit) the mobile app and relaunch. 
  3. Cycle power to the appliance. Unplug the appliance, wait 1 minute and then plug the appliance back in.
