Appliance is Offline Message
If "appliance is offline" appears in the mobile app, follow the below troubleshooting to resolve:
- Refresh the mobile app. CLICK HERE for information
- Completely close (force quit) the mobile app and relaunch.
- Cycle power to the appliance. Unplug the appliance, wait 1 minute and then plug the appliance back in.
