Clock or Time Changes, Not Showing Correct Time - Connected Appliance

The Time on my KitchenAid Appliance Keeps Changing 

If your KitchenAid appliance is connected to your home network and mobile app, it should automatically keep or update the date and time. But, if for some reason, your appliance becomes disconnected, your time/clock may not: display the correct time, show as GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) or not update correctly. 

If your clock is not displaying correctly, follow the below steps: 

Check that Connected appliance is connected

  1. Reconnect appliance to the home WiFi network

Check Mobile App Settings

  1. Open the Mobile App 
  2. Click on "Settings" (gear icon in the upper right-hand corner) 
  3. Click on "Account Settings" and ensure a correct/valid street address and zip code is entered
    1. If an address validation prompt occurs, please accept the suggested address.
  4. Go back to "Settings."  
  5. Select "Date & Time"
    1. If "auto" is enabled, turn OFF then back ON and save
    2. If not enabled, turn on "Auto" position and save
