Possible Solutions

Are you logged into the account?

If the account was logged out, PUSH notifications will not be received. Log back into the account and ensure notifications are enabled.

Are the PUSH Notifications turned on?

If you are not receiving your PUSH notifications ensure they are enabled.

NOTE: Some Smartphones and Tablets also require PUSH notifications to be enabled.  For more information on enabling notifications, reference your Smartphone or Tablet's user guide.
