Unable to connect to the home router

Possible Solutions

Is the connected/wifi light blinking?

Slow Blinking -   (Ready to start claiming (access point)

Fast Blinking - The appliance is trying to connect with your home router.  Give it some additional time.

Icon Not shown  -  Press the connect button for 30 seconds (start to beacon) 

Power cycle will sometime help leave turned off for 3 minutes. 

Has the appliance ever been connected to the home WiFi router?

If the appliance has never been connected to the home WiFi router please see the "Connectivity Setup" section in the Owner's Manual.

How is the signal strength?

Try placing the wireless router closer to the appliance.  It may be necessary to install a WiFi range extender.  Also, check to make sure there is no interference between the refrigerator and the router.
