IMPORTANT: To avoid damage to the finish, do not use abrasive clothes, paper towels, newsprint, steel wool pads, abrasive powders, ammonia, citrus-based cleaners, vinegar-based cleaners, or oven cleaners. Using any of these products could damage your appliance's finish and is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
To Restore Luster or Remove Stains
For traditional stainless steel, polish or brighter should be used to keep your appliances looking shiny and new. A stainless steel cleaner will help remove fingerprints, oil build-up, water spots, and food build-up. Only use products that were designed for use on stainless steel surfaces. Follow the manufacturer's directions to avoid damage to the stainless steel surface.
Don't use stainless steel polish on non-stainless surfaces; such as, plastic parts, trim pieces or rubber door gaskets. If the polish does contact, clean them with a nonabrasive sponge and mild detergent in warm water.
