Deprovisioning Wifi Appliance

Possible Solutions

What is Deprovisioning Appliance mean?

Deprovisioning an appliance is the act of clearing all data within the appliance associated with connecting to a network. It is allowing the connection to a local network using a fresh start.

You may find it necessary to deprovision appliances that were previously connected and registered. For example, an appliance may be sold or moved to a different location; the local network has changed parameters; a new router was installed in the home, or the connection process failed.

How do I deprovision the KitchenAid Commercial Range?

  1. Turn on the appliance.
  2. Turn the "Mode" knob and "Temperature" knob to the "WiFi" position.
  3. Press and hold "Start"  for 15 - 20 seconds
  4. Turn the "Mode" knob and "Temperature" knob off the "WiFi" position and then back on.
  5. Power off the appliance for 1 minute.
  6. Proceed with connecting the appliance.
