Refreshing Mobile App

Possible Solutions 

The KitchenAid mobile app allows users to see in real-time the current state, cycle, and timer information of the appliance. Internet and server speeds may create some delays in status updates.

Try the following tips if having trouble:

What if my KitchenAid mobile app does not show the correct status for the appliance? 

The KitchenAid mobile app may need to be refreshed. To refresh the mobile app, follow these steps.

  1. From the "My Appliance" page
  2. Pull down on the page and hold until the loading circle activates.
  3. Release the page.

The mobile app should now display the most updated information.

Still, having trouble? Try these tips: 

  1. Try logging out of the mobile app.
  2. Check to make sure your appliance is connected to your home WiFi network.
  3. Cycle power to the appliance. Unplug the machine or turn the machine off from the breaker.
  4. Wait 1 minute and power cycle the appliance back on.
  5. Wait for the appliance to reconnect to WiFi.
  6. Log back into the mobile app.
  7. Check the mobile app status of the appliance.
