How to set Mobile App Notification Preferences

How do I set my notification preferences?

  1. Login to the KitchenAid mobile app.
  2. Click on the appliance you would like to set notifications for.
  3. Click on the "Tools" icon in the top right corner (looks like two gears).
  4. Click on "Notifications".
  5. Toggle on or off the notifications you want to receive.
  6. Repeat this process for other appliances if need be.

NOTE: Smart devices may also require PUSH Notifications to be enabled to receive notifications.  Navigate to your Smart devices notification settings and scroll down to the KitchenAid app. Open this tab and ensure that notifications are enabled. For more information on enabling notifications, reference your Smart Device's user guide.
