F5E4 Error Code - Commercial Range

Is the door installed correctly? 

Check the installation of the left oven door to ensure it is seated correctly.

1. Open the oven door 
2. Look at the door latch.
3. If a "notch" or "space" is visible, the door was improperly installed (See Pictures below)
4. To correct, re-install the door and ensure the "notch" is fully inserted.  You should be able to hear a "click" when the hinge is fully seated.

Power Cycle

Much like a computer, resetting the range's control can sometimes solve the issues you are experiencing. To reset the range's control panel, it needs to be disconnected from the power source for 5 minutes. If your range is plugged into an outlet, unplug the unit for 5 minutes and then plug the unit back in or turn off the breaker.
