The temperature or meat probe is not dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the temperature probe clean with a clean, damp cloth or paper towel with mild detergent and water after use.
- Do not immerse the temperature probe in water when cleaning. To avoid scratching the surface, do not use steel-wool pads.
