Crackling - Electric Ranges

Possible Solutions

Is cookware made of different materials being used?

A crackling sound may occur when cookware consisting of different materials are used.

The noise is caused by vibrations in the joint faces between the different layers of material in the cookware.

It may change depending on the amount and type of food being cooked.
