Controls are Blinking - Commercial Range

Possible Solutions

Is the range connected?

If your commercial-style range is connected and registered in the  KitchenAid mobile app you can use it to determine why the range is blinking.

To view any error codes your appliance may be experiencing:

  1. Click on the "Settings" section
  2. Click on "Service and Support" 
  3. Select "Appliance Error" 
  4. If any errors are present select the error for additional information or go to the error code section of this troubleshooter. 

NOTE: If there are no errors the "Appliance Error" section will not be available in the mobile app.
