Turntable Not Spinning - Wall Oven

Has all packaging and shipping material been removed? 

Ensure all protective material from the turntable and the hub has been removed.  Verify that the tape has also been removed from the hub. 

Is the turntable installed correctly?

A thumping or rumbling sound may occur in the microwave oven if the turntable is not installed correctly or if the support roller assembly is not operating correctly. The turntable can rotate in either direction to help cook food more evenly. Do not operate the microwave oven without having the turntable in place.

Is the Turntable function turned off?

The turntable may be turned off (on some models) for manual cooking only. This is helpful when cooking with plates that are bigger than the turntable or when cooking with dishes that are side by side.
