Is LED on Dial flashing rapidly?

If the LED is flashing on/off in rapid bursts, the pitcher might not be fully in place, or the Blender might have gone into “Sleep Mode” and need to be reset to “OFF/O.”

Is Blender plugged into a grounded three-prong outlet?

Check to see if the Blender is plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet. If it is, press START/PAUSE, then unplug the Blender. Plug it back into the same outlet, and press START/PAUSE. If the Blender still does not work, check the fuse or circuit breaker on the electrical circuit to make sure the circuit is closed.

Is the pitcher placed properly?

• The pitcher might not be fully in place. Ensure it is all the way in, and the lid is aligned.
• The Blender may need to be reset. Turn it to the “OFF/O” position and back to your desired setting.
