Rearrange the Ingredients
- Unplug the blender
- Remove the Jar
- Use a spatula to rearrange the ingredients in the Jar.
- Replace the jar and restart a cycle.
NOTE:
- Do not put pressure on the top of the unit while blending.
- Do not shake the blender back and forth while it is running.
Did you layer correctly?
Why does it matter how I layer my ingredients in the jar? Layering the ingredients properly will make a difference in how well your blender performs.
- Start with liquids at the bottom to create a vortex that pulls the other ingredients down towards the blades.
- Layer from softer to harder ingredients to help ensure everything gets evenly incorporated. This prevents clumps and uneven textures.
- Powders added in the correct layering order mix more evenly and prevent clumping.
