Blender Won't Start
Possible Solution
Is the Blender Plugged in?
Ensure the blender is plugged into a grounded three-prong outlet. Refer to "Electrical Requirements" in the Owner's Manual for further details.
Check the outlet
Check the outlet. If you're unsure if it's working, plug in a household lamp or another small appliance to verify that the outlet is functioning properly.
Is the jar seated correctly?
Ensure the blender jar is snapped into the base. The blender will not start if the jar is not properly installed.
Is the blender turned on?
To start a blender cycle, the "On/Off" button needs to be pressed first.
