Blender Won't Start
Possible Solution
Check the Electrical
- Ensure the blender is plugged into a grounded three-prong outlet. Refer to "Electrical Requirements" in the Owner's Manual for further details.
- Check the outlet. If you're unsure if it's working, plug in a household lamp or another small appliance to verify that the outlet is functioning properly.
Is the jar seated correctly?
Ensure the blender jar is snapped into the base. The blender will not start if the jar is not properly installed.
What setting was being used?
- Presets: Press the "On/Off" button, ensure the dial is at the "0" position, then press the desired function to start the cycle.
- Manual Mode: Move the dial to the "0" position, press the "On/Off" button, then move the dial to the desired speed or pulse.
