Digital Precision Kettle Tips
Tips for Your KitchenAid Digital Precision Kettle
Follow the below steps to get started with your KitchenAid Digital Precision Kettle.
- Remove the lid and fill the Precision Kettle with room-temperature water. Pour at each flow control setting to find your preferred setting.
- Once you've chosen a setting, fill the Precision Kettle with water, replace the lid, and put the Precision Kettle back on the base.
- Press "-" or "+" to select your desired water temperature between 140-212°F (60-100°C). To scroll up or down faster, hold either button down for 3 seconds.
- Press (
) to save the temperature and begin heating. The Heating icon (
) will be displayed. While heating, the actual water temperature will be displayed.
- Once the selected temperature has been reached, the heater will turn off, a chime will sound, and the () icon will turn off.
OPTIONAL: To activate Hold Temp mode, press (
) after you've selected your desired temperature. As long as the Precision Kettle is on the base, it will maintain the desired temperature for up to 30 minutes.
