Not Producing Enough Milk or Froth

Possible Solution

Does the milk dispenser need cleaned?

  • Perform a "Deep Milk" clean cycle.
  • Remove and clean the dispenser brew head.
  • Check and clean the milk dispenser.

What type of milk is being used?

Milk needs protein to froth properly. Milk with very low protein content, such as almond milk, rice milk, oat milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, hemp milk, flax milk, and macadamia milk, may not produce the same type of froth as other types.

It is also recommended to use cold milk, from the refrigerator.
