Bean Hopper Not Present - Message
Possible Solution
Is the bean hopper installed and locked?
Ensure the level is in the locked position. The bean hopper must be installed and locked for the machine to operate.
Are the beans bridging?
Bridging beans means a bean can not fall through the grinder despite adequate beans in the hopper. To eliminate the bridging, gently shake the grinder or push the beans down to the center of the hopper.
