Fill Coffee Beans - Message

Possible Solution

Do beans need to be added?

Fill the container with coffee beans. If beans are present, move them in the container and ensure they are level. 

Is the sensor dirty?

Clean the sensor located in the bean container.

What type of bean is being used? 

If you are receiving "Fill Bean" error when making espresso, try the following: 

  • It is recommended that the darker the roast, the coarser the grind is needed. Manually change the grind size to a coarser grind
  • Increase the strength on the display
