Possible Solution
Does the milk dispenser need to be cleaned?
- Perform a "Deep Milk" clean cycle.
- Remove and clean the dispenser brew head.
- Check and clean the milk dispenser.
Is the Milk Tube installed correctly?
Ensure the milk tube is fully inserted into the side of the dispenser.
Was a milk-based recipe selected?
Not all drink recipes use milk. The following recipes use milk: Cappuccino, Latte, Macchiato, Flat White, Caffee Latte, and Cortado.
