Food Doesn't Steam or Is Too Hard
- Are there too many items in the steamer basket? Reduce the amount of ingredients or increase the cooking time.
- Is the food too large? Cut the ingredients into smaller sizes or increase the cooking time.
- Use the Steam chart for guidance on cooking amounts and time.
Food Is Cold
- How long was the food left in the steamer basket? Take out the ingredients immediately after cooking. Do not leave on KEEP WARM.
