Tips for Reducing Over Browning
If food is getting too done or over-browning on the top, try the following:
- Reduce baking temperature.
- Shorten the baking time.
- Lower the rack position.
- Try using Aluminum foil, shiny side up. It can be placed over the food, near the end of the baking cycle, to reflect heat from the top of the food to help prevent excess browning.
