Error Code E4 - Countertop Oven

Possible Solution

Is the unit displaying "E4" with a chime sound? 

The temperature probe is not correctly inserted in food. Make sure the probe is inserted in dense part of protein for accurate cooking. Please check the inside food temperature before serving, or restart cycle with desired temperature. To reset the oven, press cancel button, or unplug and re-plug the unit.
