How to Operate the Precision Kettle - Electric Gooseneck Kettle
- When placed on the base, turn the Precision Kettle on by pressing the
switch down. The LED indicator will light up.
- The Dry Boil Protection feature will turn the Precision Kettle off automatically once the water has reached the boiling point.
IMPORTANT: CLICK HERE to see more information on the Altitude Boiling Point Reference Guide to check the peak temperature setting for your altitude.
If using the Precision Kettle at higher altitudes, the Precision Kettle will boil continuously at a lower temperature until all the water has evaporated. The kettle will need to be manually turned off.
- You may also manually turn off the Precision Kettle by flipping the switch up to the off position or by removing the Precision Kettle from the base.
NOTE: Unplug the Precision Kettle when not in use.
