Turned off on its Own - Grain and Rice Cooker

Possible Solution

If the Grain and Rice Cooker has turned off on its own, check the following:

  • Has there been a power failure? Wait till power resumes and restart the cooking cycle.
  • Is the power cord installed correctly? Check to ensure the power code hasn't come unplugged. Since the cord is removable, it is important to be sure the plug is fully inserted at both ends.

  • Did the cooking cycle finish? The Grain and Rice cooker has an auto shut-off feature; after 10 minutes without activity, and it will power down. It will also automatically turn off 10 minutes after the Keep Warm cycle ends.
  • Did the Grain and Rice cooker overheat? Wait for a few minutes for the unit to cool down, then try again.
