Cone Stuck on Shaft - Shredder/Slicer
Cone Stuck on Shaft of KitchenAid Shredder/Slicer Attachment
During use, the cone can become very tight on the shaft of the Shredder/Slicer attachment. There is a square cutout on the front of the attachment to assist in removal when this happens.
- Insert the square end of the shaft into the square cutout on the front of the Shredder/Slicer attachment housing.
- Wrap a towel around the cone and turn it counterclockwise to detach it from the shaft.
