Pasta Attachments not Working
Possible Solutions
Is the Stand Mixer plugged in?
Ensure the Stand Mixer is plugged in. Check your outlet. If the Stand Mixer does not turn on, try another outlet. If you have a circuit breaker box, be sure the circuit breaker on the electrical circuit is connected and closed.
Did you use the correct speed?
All rolling and cutting should be done at speed 4.
Did you attach the attachment properly?
Ensure the attachment is fully engaged with the hub socket. If necessary, rotate the Pasta Roller or Cutter back and forth. The pin on the attachment housing fits into the notch of the hub rim when in the proper position. Also, check that the attachment hub knob is tightened.
Still having issues?
Turn off the Stand Mixer for 10-15 seconds, then turn it back on. If the Stand Mixer still does not start, allow it to cool for 30 minutes before turning it back on.
