How to Detach the Pasta Cutter

Removing the KitchenAid Pasta Cutter from Stand Mixer

IMPORTANT: After removing the Pasta Cutter from the Stand Mixer, clean any dried dough.

  1. Turn the Stand Mixer off and unplug it.
  2. Remove the Pasta Cutter from the Stand Mixer.

  1. After finishing with the Pasta Cutter, replace the hub cover and tighten the attachment knob on the Stand Mixer.
