Storing Fresh Pasta
Tips for Storing Fresh Pasta made with a KitchenAid Pasta Attachment
Pasta can be either dried or frozen for future use.
- To dry, lay strands of pasta in a single layer on a towel or drying rack and completely air dry. Store dried pasta in an airtight container.
- Let pasta air dry in an airtight container for one hour before freezing. It is unnecessary to separate pasta strands before freezing, dust them with flour, and form them into “nests.”
