Speed Control Concerns - Stand Mixer

Possible Solutions

Not all speeds are marked

The mixer has ten speeds, but only the Stir Speed (1) and even-numbered speeds are labeled above the Speed Control slot. There are notches in between the even speeds for the odd-numbered speeds.

High speeds often sound the same.

When whipping, the higher speeds may sound very similar, but they are not the same. If you notice a difference in performance (no longer whipping cream, etc.), there could be a problem with the Speed Control lever.

The mixer runs at high speed only.

If the mixer runs at high speed only,   no matter what speed is selected, please Contact Us.

The mixer runs at low speed only.

If the mixer runs at low speed only (will not advance to higher speeds), no matter what speed is selected, please Contact Us.
