Has the door been opened?
It is normal to hear a fan or humming noise after the end of the cycle. Depending on the model, the fan may continuously run up to 8 hours or until the door has been opened. This gives additional air movement to dry dishes, and remove heat.
Depending on the cycle and modifiers selected the fan may run up to 8 hours, which is normal
Using the ProDry Feature?
This feature combines a heating element and fan for optimal drying performance. It circulates hot air around dishes after the wash cycle to give them a thorough dry. To activate, select the ProDry™ Option or Extended ProDry™ Option.
