Where Can I Find the Tech Sheet for My Appliance?

Where is the Tech Sheet for my KitchenAid Appliance? 

KitchenAid is making changes regarding the Tech Sheets (also known as Service Data Service or Service Sheets). For older products, these documents were provided with the appliance, which was often affixed to a cover or panel. On new products, these documents will no longer be physically supplied with the appliance but will be available as digital documents. 

Tech Sheets may include the following information (based on model and appliance type):

• Wiring Diagrams (pin-outs, voltages, etc.)
• Component Testing/Resistances
• Entering/Accessing Service Mode
• Error Codes

Tech Sheets are intended for use by persons with electrical, electronic, and mechanical experience and knowledge at a generally acceptable level in the appliance repair trade. 1. Go to ServiceMatters.com
2. Click on the "Limited Access" button.
3. Enter the complete model number for your appliance. 
4. Select the desired document.
