Drawer Loose or Wobbly - Trash Compactor

Possible Solutions

By design, it is normal for the front drawer to move slightly from side to side.

Is the latch locked?

An unlatched drawer will wobble more than normal. Check to make sure that the drawer latch is in the lock position by pressing down on the latch (pictured below).

Are the screws on the drawer front (door) loose?

With a Philips screwdriver, check to ensure the six screws holding the door onto the drawer are secure.

Is a drawer roller loose?

Remove the drawer per “Cleaning Inside the Cabinet” instructions in the Owner's Manual. Verify the two drawer rollers are secure. Use a 5/8” crescent wrench to tighten the wheel/nut or use a 3/8” socket or crescent wrench to tighten the nut if loose.
