Unable to Level - Refrigerator

Why is it important to level the refrigerator?

A refrigerator that is not leveled correctly and/or does not have the doors properly aligned could have some of the following concerns:

• Doors are unable to close or seal properly
• Frost build-up or moisture problems
• Temperature fluctuation 
• Unable to properly align the doors
• Door switch is unable to actuate correctly

Is the floor under the refrigerator level?

Check that the floor under the refrigerator is level.  If the floor is not level, shims may be needed to properly level the refrigerator.

How to level the refrigerator

It is important to ensure the refrigerator is level before aligning the doors. NOTE: When leveling the refrigerator, make sure you level it front to back and side to side.
