Possible Solutions

Do the Sensors need to be cleaned?

Keep the sensors and tray clean and dry at all times to ensure the automatic fill function works correctly. Wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Don't spray water or cleaning liquids on the sensors, and avoid abrasive cleaners or pads, as they can scratch the lenses and damage the dispenser.

Is the Glass already full?

If the dispenser detects that the glass is already full, it may not dispense water. The water will stop when the vessel is 75% full or when the vessel is picked up at any time. Use the Pour/Stop button to continue filling if you prefer a fuller container.

What size cup is being used?

The dispenser area fits any container up to 14" (35.6 cm) tall. Recommended hands-free automatic dispensing with containers from 2" (5 cm) to 11" (28 cm) tall and 1.5" (3.8 cm) to 7" (17.8 cm) wide. For containers taller than 6" (15.2 cm), the taller the vessel, the narrower is the optimal diameter.

Were multiple glasses being filled?

When filling multiple vessels in sequence, be aware that the automatic water fill requires 3 seconds to reset the sensor after each interaction. Remove the glass, wait 3 seconds, and restart the dispenser.
