Possible Solutions
Do the Sensors need to be cleaned?
Keep the sensors and tray clean and dry at all times to ensure the automatic fill function works correctly. Wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Don't spray water or cleaning liquids on the sensors, and avoid abrasive cleaners or pads, as they can scratch the lenses and damage the dispenser.
What size cup is being used?
The dispenser area fits any container up to 14" (35.6 cm) tall. Recommended hands-free automatic dispensing with containers from 2" (5 cm) to 11" (28 cm) tall and 1.5" (3.8 cm) to 7" (17.8 cm) wide. For containers taller than 6" (15.2 cm), the taller the vessel, the narrower is the optimal diameter
Was the glass moved?
If the glass or container was moved during the sensing phase, the dispensing process could halt. Remove the glass and restart dispensing.
Reset the Dispenser
Remove the cup and try again
