Cleaning the Interior - Quad Door

Possible Solutions

How to clean the interior of the refrigerator?

It is recommended that both sections of the refrigerator be cleaned about once a month. This will help keep the refrigerator and freezer well organized and help manage the freshness of the food. Hand washing with a mild detergent is recommended for cleaning the interior bins, shelves, and other items.

  • Do not clean glass shelves or covers with warm water when cold. Shelves and covers may break if exposed to sudden temperature changes or impact, such as bumping. Tempered glass is designed to shatter into many small, pebble-size pieces. This is normal, but the glass shelves and covers are heavy. Use both hands when removing them to avoid dropping.
  • Refrigerator shelves with under-shelf LED lighting are not dishwasher safe.

Why should you clean the interior of your refrigerator?

The refrigerator and freezer sections automatically defrost. Air circulates between them, transferring any odors formed from one part to another. To eliminate odors, you must thoroughly clean both sections.
