What to Do if the Door is Unable to Close

What to do if the Door will not Close on Your KitchenAid Undercounter Refrigerator or Wine Cooler

If the door on your KitchenAid undercounter refrigerator, beverage center, or wine cooler will not close, check the following:

• Check for food packages or beverage bottles that may be blocking or preventing the door from closing. If this is the case, rearrange containers so that they fit more tightly and take up less space.
• Check that the shelves or racks are in the proper position. If the racks or shelves are not pushed or in their correct position it may cause the door not to close properly. For additional information on shelf and rack placement and adjustment see "Shelving" in your Owner's Manual.
