Is the home router connected to the internet?
Using your mobile device, confirm by searching for something via a web page. Ensure your mobile device is only connected to your home router (cellular turned off). If the page you are searching for doesn't display, try resetting your router. If you continue to have issues contact your internet provider.

Reboot the system
Sometimes cycling power to the appliance will refresh the system and allow for connection. To cycle power; unplug the appliance or disconnect power at the circuit breaker for 5 minutes.
