Possible Solution
The Appliance is in Sabbath Mode
When the Sabbath Mode is set, only the "Start" button will be illuminated in a solid-state. The Sabbath Mode sets the oven to remain on in a bake setting until turned off. No tones will sound and the oven light will not turn on or off when the oven door is opened/closed.
To Enter or Exit Sabbath Mode
Press the "Start" button 7 times while all the knobs are in the off positions
