Preset Function Not Working
Possible Solution
Is the jar seated correctly?
Ensure the blender jar is snapped into the base. The blender will not start if the jar is not properly installed.
Is the blender turned on?
To start a blender cycle, the "On/Off" button needs to be pressed first.
Where is the speed control knob?
To use the Smoothie, Ice Crush, or Clean cycles, the precision speed control dial needs to be in the Off or * position. Once a preset function has started, the manual control can be used to adjust the blending speed.
