Not Turning on/Malfunction/Fail to Operate - Food Processor

Possible Solution

Is the Bowl and Lid are properly aligned and locked in place?

Make sure that the Bowl and Lid are properly aligned and locked in place.

Is the feed tube installed correctly?

Ensure the feed tube is pushed all the way down.  You will hear a click when it is properly seated.

Are the contents past the "Max" line?

The unit will not start if food is loaded in the large Feed Tube above the max fill line.

Has the Food Processor over heated?

If the speed light turns off and the Off/Pulse light flashes, wait until the Off/Pulse light turns off and retry. The Food Processor may take from 5-15 minutes to cool completely.

Is your Food Processor motor locked?

If the speed light stays on while the Off/Pulse light flashes, press the Off/Pulse button to reset the motor.

Is your Food Processor is securely plugged into a grounded electrical outlet?

If not then, unplug the Food Processor, then plug it back into the outlet.

Is the fuse in the circuit to the Food Processor in working order?

If you have a circuit breaker box, be sure the circuit is closed.
