Using the Soaking Function - Grain and Rice Cooker
Soak Function
QUICK SOAK: The function soaks grains or beans in the unit for up to 2 hours. The QUICK SOAK uses a pre-heating cycle for the first few minutes to expedite soaking time.
SOAK: The function soaks grains or beans in the unit for 8 hours before cooking (the heating element does not turn ON for this option). Soaking for more or less than 8 hours may impact cooking performance results.
