Rice or Grain is Dry - Grain and Rice Cooker
Possible Solution
If your rice or grain is dry, try the following:
- Is the steam release inserted? Be sure the steam release vent is in place before cooking.
- Was the lid closed? Ensure the lid is closed completely when cooking rice.
- What cooking mode was used? If cooking rice, ensure the correct type of rice is selected.
