Steam Leakage During Use - Grain and Rice Cooker

Possible Solution

If steam leakage has occurred, check the following: 

  • Is the lid closed? Stop the cooking (unplug the product) and ensure the lid is completely closed.
  • Is the lid or lid gasket dirty? Clean the Lid gasket.
  • Is the lid installed correctly? Remove and insert the inner lid in the correct position. 
  • Is the lid damaged? If the lid is damaged, it will need to be removed.
