Steam Leakage During Use - Grain and Rice Cooker
Possible Solution
If steam leakage has occurred, check the following:
- Is the lid closed? Stop the cooking (unplug the product) and ensure the lid is completely closed.
- Is the lid or lid gasket dirty? Clean the Lid gasket.
- Is the lid installed correctly? Remove and insert the inner lid in the correct position.
- Is the lid damaged? If the lid is damaged, it will need to be removed.
