Possible Solution
Is the Juicer plugged in?
- Check whether the Stand Mixer is plugged into a grounded three-prong outlet. If it is, check the fuse or circuit breaker on the electrical circuit to which the Stand Mixer is connected and make sure the circuit is closed.
- Check to make sure the Juicer attachment was assembled correctly.
The attachment doesn't spin
Check the assembly and make sure:
- The arrows inside are aligned
- The lock on the lid is aligned
