How to Attach Drive Assembly to Bowl-Lift Mixers
IMPORTANT: Always set the mixer to speed one before adding your ice cream base to the bowl. If the mixer is not running, the base could freeze too quickly and lock the attachment, causing breakage.

Be sure the Stand Mixer is OFF (0) and unplugged.
- Make sure the bowl-lift handle is still in the down position and the Freeze Bowl and Dasher are in place.
- Place Drive Assembly onto the Dasher, aligning the cutout with the mixer shaft.
- Raise the Bowl to connect the Drive Assembly to the Mixer.
- Plug the Stand Mixer into a grounded 3-prong outlet.
